Trainers work with new customers and staff through both in-person and virtual training as they learn and interact with our software. Outside of the classroom, trainers develop innovative curriculum and classroom training scenarios. This position will continually challenge you to grow as an educator, a subject matter expert and a curriculum designer. We'll teach you our software, you bring your smarts, writing chops, and that je ne sais quoi that hooks trainees and keeps them engaged.
