Please join us on Thursday, July 22 for a Virtual Customer Service Interview event! You will have the opportunity to interview directly with a Direct Supply Hiring Leader for our open Customer Service, Operations Specialist roles.
What can I expect?
Upon completing an application, you’ll be scheduled for a 20 minute virtual interview with a hiring leader. They will spend their time asking questions to gain a better understanding of how your background and experience aligns to our open positions. Timeslots will be available from 2-7pm.
What roles are available?
Customer Service, Operations Specialist, 1st shift* and 2nd Shift
In the Customer Service, Operations Specialist position, you’ll be responsible for providing outrageous customer service as the primary liaison between our suppliers and customers. You’ll operate as the transaction manager for all reoccurring and event-driven services, while managing and improving order management processes for our service providers. First shift core hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, with some flexibility; Second shift core hours are 1:00 - 9:00pm, with some flexibility.
Billing Coordinator, Operations Specialist
In the Billing Coordinator, Operations Specialist position, you’ll be responsible for managing the billing and payment process for both the service provider and customers. You’ll quickly work to resolve customer invoicing discrepancies, create customer orders, issue payments to service providers and bill the customer through the use of the Direct Supply transactional systems. Core hours are 8:00 - 5:00pm, with some flexibility.
