In 1988, Founder Jim Tetzlaff began a journey of assisted living by providing the frail elderly with a safer alternative to being alone in their homes – renovated group homes with 24 hour staff.  As care for the elderly became more specialized, customized facilities were designed and built to provide for these needs.  Over the next decade a campus was developed in the quiet parkland settings of Greendale and Franklin.  In 2013, his son Eric Tetzlaff assumed leadership of the organization, bringing over 25 years of healthcare leadership and management experience in the hospital, home care, hospice and now assisted living arenas.
