All-you-can-eat, affordably-priced buffet featuring pizza, pasta, salad and dessert in an approximately 4,000-square-foot restaurant with 160 seats; buffet and takeout; beer and wine in some locations; payment by cash or check, credit/debit at most locations.

CiCi's restaurants (approximately 650 locations) are currently operating in 33 states: Arizona, Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.
Growth Projections/Strategy:
CiCi's has implemented a quality growth mandate. Though the company has certain growth targets, the overriding goal is quality in franchisees and stores. CiCi's expects to open 80-100 new units per year over the next five years. The company is focusing on attracting top-notch operators and growing in the markets currently being served and beyond. The process of filling in the gaps in the current 30 states, coupled with multi-unit development growth in new territories like Arizona, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, South Dakota, Southern California and Wisconsin, will take the company to the next tier.

Guests: Customers are considered "guests" in our restaurants and are treated as such.
Greeting: All guests are greeted as they enter and exit our restaurants with "Hi, Welcome to CiCi's" and "Thank you."
WOWs: Part of the culture is to WOW everyone with exceptional service from the store level to the corporate office.
Cutting Edges: Long-term cost-saving measures taken by all corporate employees. i.e.: Taking a connecting flight or staying over a Saturday night to obtain a better airfare.
ROMs: Corporate and franchise regional operations managers who oversee operations/compliance system-wide.
JMC: CiCi's sister company and the distribution arm. JMC currently provides all food to every restaurant in the system. Three facilities are currently in operation.
