If it’s tennis, swimming, or just lounging, the Village Club is your place for summer fun.

This private club is located at 6263 Sherwood Road, Greendale, WI and is bordered by county park land on three sides and is located in the Village of Greendale. The Club started fifty years ago as a social organization strictly for the residents of Greendale. In the beginning it consisted of no more than a grassy area and a small swimming pond. Many changes have taken place since those first years.

The membership is no longer limited to families of the Greendale community and it now has members from many of the areas in the southwestern portion of Milwaukee, and Waukesha County. The facilities of the Club have also expanded to include ten tennis courts, three pools, three large patios, a club house, locker rooms and snack bar. Grills are available if you would like to have your own family cookout.

Our coaches and instructors are some of the best in the business, which can be attested to by the many championships won by our tennis and swim teams. But the original idea of a social club has not changed, we still limit the size of our membership to insure that you and your family can spend quality time here in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
