In 1991, a small group of experienced pizza chefs noticed some things lacking in Madison's pizza choices.  These dedicated people formed PIZZA EXTREME with some principles.  Only the finest and freshest meats, vegetables and seasonings would ever be used.  There would be no short cuts using "Prepared Elsewhere" ingredients.  Rather than opening plastic bags, defrosting and adding water; the chefs can be seen chopping, simmering and hand trimming.  Portions of ingredients would not be skimped on to give the perception of "More for Less".
