Product Development We'll help you move new products into the market as quickly as possible. We are accustomed to working with CAD data (including AutoCAD, EZCam and Pro-E), drawings, or even ideas in the "cocktail napkin" stage. Wherever appropriate, we recommend the use of low-cost developmental tooling and relatively low initial production quantities. Our capabilities embrace the full range of molded plastic production operations, including prototype and production molding of thermoplastics, thermo sets and elastomers (our injection molding machines range from 28 ton to 700 ton capacity); and a complete range of molding and post-molding operations, including in-mold decoration, precision machining, thermal fusion, post-molding decoration, assemblies and packaging. Our process machines were specifically chosen to give us the broadest, custom plastic injection molding capability, and have been customized and upgraded to meet our performance and control requirements. We constantly look for opportunities to apply automation techniques to eliminate cost. Most of our customers require completely finished injection molded parts, ready for final assembly into their products without further processing or inspection. This self-study course is presented through 17 technical courses conducted on interactive video disks.
