We are Madison’s newest ultramodern high-rise community opening August 2015. Hub On Campus is a 12-story high-rise complex located in the heart of State Street and a few short blocks to UW-Madison with an unprecedented array of amenities.
 

Our building will provide residents with high-tech, controlled access system, on-site management, maintenance and individually keyed solid core bedroom doors.


We know how frustrating it can be chasing an absentee landlord, so we make sure our residents don’t need to. Our professional management and maintenance team is located right on site so residents can pop in with questions, queries or concerns during regular business hours. We will also have on-site Community Assistants available 24-hours a day.
