Employment Resources, Inc. (ERI) is a private, non-profit organization located in Madison, Wisconsin. Since 1990 our mission has been to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
 

ERI provides employment and benefits counseling, assistive technology, and community outreach services to people with disabilities who are considering or pursuing employment. ERI also offers statewide consultation, training and technical assistance to employers, human service professionals, disability advocates, government agencies and the public regarding disability and employment issues.
 

ERI is a private, non-profit organization with a vision that every person can pursue and retain financial security and fulfilling employment without fear of losing healthcare or other benefits that are critical for maintaining a high quality of life.

• ERI is recognized as a leader in the practice and promotion of innovative services and policies that will build confidence in individuals with disabilities to pursue and maintain employment, health and financial security.
• ERI is recognized as a leader regarding the spectrum of public benefits issues for people with disabilities including access to benefits, health care coverage, the impact of employment on public benefits and the use of work incentives.
