Meetings and Incentives Worldwide (M&IW) is a global, full-service meeting and event management company headquartered in Caledonia, WI (60 miles north of Chicago). We are a privately owned, certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) and have been in travel and event business for more than four decades.

We bring talented staff, refreshing ideas, and an upfront honest approach to meeting, incentive and conference planning. As stated in our beliefs, we work with customers for life. It’s not something we ask for, it’s something we earn each and every day. M&IW has managed programs on 6 continents and more than 70 countries for some of the world's most recognized brands. We also provide customized and cost-effective meeting services to small and mid-sized businesses and associations. We are 150 employees strong. To provide the best service to our clients, we employ a virtual workforce model and 60% of our associates live and work across the globe.
