Company Overview
Parking Lot Maintenance was started in 1966 under the name "Parking Stripes Company" and was based in Butler, WI. Four years later it moved to its current location in Pewaukee, WI and the name was changed to "Asphalt Maintenance and Striping Company" in order to reflect the addition of sealcoating. Over the next few years an asphalt patching and paving crew was added. In 1987 our current owner took over the company changing the name to "Parking Lot Maintenance." Over the next 15 years PLM grew from 14 to over 75 employees in order to meet the needs of customers and to aid in doing larger projects. Then in 2002 a concrete division was added to bring the company up to the over 85 employees we have today.
Today we are one of the largest asphalt maintenance companies in Wisconsin. All of our services are performed by in-house crews allowing us to provide better pricing while maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship. Whether you need sealcoating, asphalt paving, or concrete we use only the highest quality materials and stay on top of the latest advances in products and technology in our industry so that we can present you with the longest lasting parking lot.
