Damage Control Inc. was founded by Phillip Isenhour, along with his wife, Ellen, and daughter, Eva in 1992. All three have been active in the management of the company since that time. Our growth started with first year sales under a half million dollars. Fifteen years later, we have completed work throughout numerous Midwestern states and completed projects ranging from a few thousand dollars to several million dollars. With a staff of over 30 employees and hundreds of pre-qualified subcontractors, Damage Control Inc. has earned a reputation of quality and integrity throughout the Midwest. We have been the recipient of several awards, including recognition on a national basis from Entrepreneur Magazine, and chosen as one of the "Future 50" growing companies by the Milwaukee Business Journal and Metro Milwaukee Association of Commerce. We are active members of the National Institute of Restoration, Better Business Bureau, NARI and several Milwaukee charitable organizations.
