Fresh Coast Partners believe that all seniors, regardless of income, are entitled to live in a high quality environment and to receive services as needed and desired.  Fresh Coast’s principals offer a national experience in developing and operating independent housing and assisted living residences for seniors coupled with attention to the unique demands of each community.

Fresh Coast Partners (FCP) is owned and operated by Pamela Klein and Colleen Endsley. Both partners have over 20 years professional experience in the healthcare and housing industries as well as personal experience as family members of a seniors dealing with challenges due to aging and dementia.  Founding FCP in 2009, Endsley and Klein bring to their company and their employees a breadth of experience encompassing the entire spectrum of senior housing and services including independent senior housing, assisted living, dementia care and skilled nursing. They have expertise in working with start-up projects, troubled properties and small local providers as well as national, publically-held companies.  They have proven to be adept at creating partnerships with government agencies, nonprofits, and for profit organizations to make projects work.

Endsley and Klein started FCP with the premise that when a company puts its people first that the results will be spectacular.  They share a vision that quality services can only come from employees who feel valued, empowered and motivated to care for those who depend on them – our residents and their families.  By putting our employees first, they in turn will put our seniors first.
