Heritage Manor is a 76 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Elroy, Wisconsin. We are a small, friendly Care Center which provides a home-like environment with a very manageable case load.
We began as Edgewood Care Center and moved to our current building in 1983. Heritage Manor is owned by First American Care Facilities, Inc. based in Minneapolis, MN and is owned by Ellsworth Johnson who has been in the business of Long Term Care for many years.
