IFFGD, the International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders, is a registered nonprofit 501(c)(3) education and research organization founded in 1991.

IFFGD addresses the issues surrounding life with chronic digestive conditions -- gastrointestinal (GI) functional and motility disorders -- that affect children and adults. Our grassroots arm, the Digestive Health Alliance (DHA), facilitates community action through advocacy, awareness, and support for research.

From our small office in Milwaukee, WI we work nationally and internationally with various stakeholders including clinicians, investigators, industries, policy makers, patients and families with the goal to improve care and find cures for these complex medical conditions.
