ReadyMed, LLC was formed in 2012 by Dr Sidhu and Dr Hostetler. They were looking for an alternative model for hospitalists who wanted more control over their schedule to allow for additional freedoms in where they worked and when they worked. Having done "moonlighting" previously, they decided to start their own company doing locum tenens locally in Wisconsin. By working directly with their clients, they were able to cut out the "middle man" allowing them to better control the product and services they offered as well as being able to offer more competitive rates. Since then they have added another physician to their group and continue to recruit other physicians who are interested in working in this unique model offering excellent quality of care at competitive rates to their client while providing a higher compensation to their providers.

Our current positions are located within Wisconsin with plans to expand to other states in the very near future.
