The Wisconsin Regional Training Partnership is a workforce intermediary designed to help companies and unions to improve worksite quality in a variety of industries from manufacturing to health care to construction. This intermediary role has become an international model for workforce development. Several years ago, the concept of a socially responsible staffing company was developed to meet the needs of employers identified through industry needs assessments.
Today Triada provides an avenue for employers to access quality workers in a variety of industries. Triada serves as a way to improve the quality of employment by providing benefits to employees that haven’t had them in the past.
In addition to providing benefits to employees that haven’t had them in the past, this would also allow employers access to retirees to fill training needs and vacation gaps. In this case the retiree does not lose retiree benefits and the employers benefit through skilled, experienced workers.
