Achtenhagen Services, ASI, started out as a small lawn and snow service company in 1987. Since then, we have grown into a large, leading landscape company. As a landscape leader, we have pioneered many of the procedures and practices used by landscapes today. Examples of these include the use of low volume applicators for pesticides and the use of organic fertilizers, both of which are designed to put the environment first.

"DOWN TO EARTH ROOTS"

When Bart graduated from UWM, he landed a sizable snow removal contact with a large southeast Wisconsin builder. Handling the demands of a large builder created a niche for Achtenhagen Services. Other landscapers began to rely on Bart's service and eye for enhancing curb appeal. "Achtenhagen Services often serviced 3 to 4 different builders in a single Parade of Homes". Hard work, long hours and constant communication with customers had led to perfect model presentation. Success at model homes also led into condominiums and more residential accounts. In 1992, Achtenhagen Services was incorporated. It was then that ASI Achtenhagen Services, Inc. was born. Word of mouth advertising, great customer service, the reliable equipment, manpower and knowledge built the foundation of Achtenhagen Services, Inc.
