Who We Are…
Aurizon Ultrasonics, LLC designs, manufactures, and services high-power ultrasonic systems for a variety of Nonwoven, Personal Care, Hygiene, and Medical applications.  Pioneers of high speed Rotary Ultrasonic bonding and/or die cutting technology, Aurizon has several different rotary platforms that can be customized to provide solutions for a variety of applications where high speed, precision, non-contact processing is required.  In addition, Aurizon offers ultrasonic systems for liquid processing (e.g. multi-component formulating, dispersing, or emulsifying materials) and atomizing/spraying of high viscosity liquids (e.g. adhesives.)

Three Years Old.  Thirty Years in the Making…
Although a relatively new company and coming up on our three year anniversary, Aurizon is a spin-out from Kimberly-Clark Corporation where the origins of the technology go back to the early 1980’s when fundamental research of ultrasonics in K-C first began.  Fast forward to today, the Aurizon Ultrasonics team has more than 100 years of combined experience in research, engineering, manufacturing, and integration of high-power ultrasonic technology in a number of nonwoven, personal care/hygiene and other industrial processes.

Using proprietary state-of-the-art analytical tools and technology, Aurizon develops dynamic ultrasonic systems that produce unmatched results.  Our patented technology provides a solid foundation for delivering novel solutions to industrial challenges, and our spirit of innovation and dedication to technology development guides us as we develop custom processes to meet the needs of our customers.
We use a structured process that includes an initial consultation to identify and understand the challenge.  Then we assess the technical requirements of the system and design the equipment and process necessary to deliver a solution that offers precise, measurable results.  Our “capabilities-based” approach and experience in applying our technology to unique processes allows us the ability to be creative without the constraint of having to use an “off the shelf” product or solution.  And our customized approach relies on developing a close working relationship with our customer to make sure that the integration of our technology into a larger process is seamless and supported through scale up and commercialization.
