TPC's HR division (TPC HR) is a trusted outsourced solutions-provider working on behalf of a dedicated client base as their off-site HR department.  We provide payroll, benefits and HR consulting to a number of clients.  TPC HR may recruit for clients either on a retained basis or as part of an ongoing Total Outsourced HR Department arrangement.
