OUR MISSION Tessa’s Black Entertainment & Youth Center’s mission is to operate and maintain a youth center that will serve as a focal point for the urban community. Through extensive programs and services, TBEY’s primary goal is to promote “the arts” & entertainment to the Milwaukee area. Through exposure and positive reinforcement, TBEY will stand as a visible commitment to the urban community to empower the youth as they seek to enhance the quality of their talents. OUR VISION TBEY’s emphasis is on promoting “the arts,” encouragement through positive reinforcement, and preventing youth from negative activities such as gang and drug involvements. Our programs and services will educate, influence, and strengthen all participants. TBEY believes in their participants and want to see all youth members express themselves through the arts.
