Each piece is custom built for you in your choice of lumber, finish, fabric/leather offerings and multiple hardware offerings. The owners, Arvid and Ben Huth are the middle sons of a Midwest Farm Family. They received their roots from picking Mustard Plants for a penny each (provided they got the roots) from their father's farm fields. Days on the farm were long but rewarding. Arvid grew up and left for college where he one day dreamed of owning his own business. Ben reluctantly joined him in pursuing that dream. In July of 1993, they hoisted their first "open for business" sign with an unparalleled dedication to quality furniture, customer satisfaction, and some very long hours ahead. Today, Arvid and Ben still have an unparalleled dedication to quality furniture and customer satisfaction, and Penny Mustard continues to grow one satisfied customer at a time.
