DLSS was created with the belief that a new therapeutic model was emerging in response to converging trends. Trends empowered by healthcare consumerization, emerging technology, increasingly sophisticated analytics and advances in precision medicine. We didn’t see a service provider out there that could help our industry make the transition from volume to value. One that viewed patient services as integral to therapeutic outcomes.
