Located in Hartland, Wisconsin, DBS is a privately held company with over 70 employees that prides itself on its benefit administration expertise and superlative customer service. Since 1987, DBS has provided extraordinary service to employers of all types including manufacturers, health systems, school districts, financial institutions, municipalities and non-profit organizations. Our clients range from 4 employees to 20,000 employees and are located from coast to coast.

Services DBS specializes in the design, communication, enrollment, compliance testing and third party administration of Section 125 Flexible Spending Accounts (125-FSAs), Section 105 Health Reimbursement Arrangements (105-HRAs), Section 132 Transportation Reimbursement Plans (132-TRPs) and Section 223 Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). DBS also provides pre-tax Premium Only Plans (POPs) and comprehensive plan enrollment services.

Our crystal clear education process can include employee announcement letters, payroll stuffers, interactive group informational meetings and online account services. Many employers choose individual enrollment sessions with trained salaried enrollers using the DBS proprietary enrollment system.
