Company Overview
Carpet Town was established in 1971 as Carpet Town USA by Lester and Charlotte Dubrin. Back then it was considered mainly a "cash-and-carry" warehouse operation.

Gradually, though, Carpet Town added other types of flooring, so that now it has evolved into a full-flooring fashion center, which is staffed by an expert and experienced team of sales consultants. It also has a design area with wallpaper, window treatments and fabric, which is staffed by a team of award winning interior designers.

Throughout its over 40 year history, Carpet Town has had a family member leading the company. Wendy D. Werner, Lester and Charlotte's daughter, is currently Carpet Town's president.

Today, Carpet Town is one of the largest retail flooring stores in the greater Milwaukee area, and it has repeatedly earned The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Consumer Analysis Award as the number one choice for flooring. It has also won multiple awards from the Metropolitan Builders Association, and is proud to be one of 200 retail stores nationwide chosen as a Stainmaster Flooring Center.
