Our staff is very important to our program at Learning Ladder. They are essential to the success of our program. We strongly believe that providing professional development opportunities and supporting a positive work ethic has contributed to a rewarding work environment with low turnover.

Many of our staff are family and we consider our additional staff to be extensions of our own family. We are often reminded how long we have been in business when 2nd, 3rd and 4th generations of families continue to enroll children or become part of our educational team. We couldn't ask for a more heartwarming career!
