Clare Meadows Senior Apartments was established in 1997 and is located in Franklin, Wisconsin.  It offers one and two bedroom apartments for those age 55 or over.  It offers a very social and active atmosphere with many things to do to keep busy. 
One of the great things about senior living is there are many items that multi-family apartments do not offer. For example there is the option of parking in the heated underground garage with access to car wash facilities.  There are numerous social activities which are primarily run by the residents. There is a walking path, book club, craft club, wii bowling, dart ball, bingo, cards, dice, and other various games. Each month various entertainment is offered. There are several catered meal options available, and weekly van service to grocery and pharmacies. There is an in house country store, a business center with computer and internet access, an onsite beauty salon and fitness room, and an interfaith chapel that offers daily and weekly formal services.  Reduced rents are available for those that income qualify. For example, if the income is less than $30,840 for one person or $35,220 for a 2 person household per year, the one bedroom apartments start at $707 per month and the two bedroom apartments start at $845 per month.
