Company Overview
Mission Statement: Dominican High School provides young adults with a co-educational, Catholic, college-preparatory experience based on the teachings of Jesus. Our faith-driven school community fosters spirituality and creativity, respects uniqueness and diversity, and encourages intellectual, social, physical and artistic development. We commission our students to develop a heightened sense of social responsibility and respect for human dignity based on the values articulated by our sponsoring congregation, the Sinsinawa Dominicans: Truth, Compassion, Justice, Community and Partnership.

History: Dominican High School is a leader in Catholic secondary education. Since 1956, it has operated under the Sinsinawa Dominican values of truth, compassion, justice, community and partnership. A college preparatory high school, it has educated more than 7,000 students to be positive influences in society. Dominican treasures the quest for knowledge and values its Catholic heritage. Catholic education is an important component for the future of the Church. Secondary education serves a critical population. It is crucial that institutions such as Dominican are strong in order to teach teenagers to make value-based decisions and help keep them in the lifeblood of the Church.
