We provide services that promote employability, enriching opportunities, and community life experiences. We respond to the personal interests, needs and abilities of each person.

Our supportive services encourage using local businesses and resources to build community connections while enhancing the understanding and involvement of people with disabilities in community life.

Portal, Inc. is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) agency that has been in continuous operation serving adult citizens with developmental disabilities since 1965. Portal has a proud history of advocating for and supporting residents of Ozaukee County. Today, Portal serves more than 200 people with disabilities, providing the supports and experiences to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives.
